About this Role
What do we expect from you ?
- Generate inbound leads for the revenue Team (SEO, campaigns, users, community, website optimization …)
- Monitor actionable data to optimize our user’s understanding
- Generate content to ease Revenue Team day to day (landing pages, newsletters, …)
So... what will you do as the Growth Hacker at Ava for the EU Team?
- Develop a pipeline for growth experiments within the product and across marketing channels. Validate hypotheses by testing audiences, creative, and messaging as well as optimizing onboarding and other funnels.
- Create, prioritize, delegate, and/or execute a multi-channel go-to-market strategy with the goal of maximizing marketing-qualified leads from user signups. That’s our B2C2B funnel, where user acquisition from our mobile app and website translate to qualified leads.
- Start and run cross-functional projects between product, sales & marketing to grow our north metric with innovative adoption, go-to-market and product engagement ideas.
- Review & improve data analytics to monitor how people are using Ava, ensure we capture where they're coming from with reliable attribution, understand inflection points in their experience, identify gaps in the funnel, and determine how we can drive activation and engagement.
- Measure and improve campaign performance: Rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels (including paid marketing and site landing pages).
- As part of the EU Revenue Team, you’ll have an active role in inbound leads generation.

- You'll review our data for normalization and proper attribution, as well as our marketing engine, analytics and tools necessary to improve our marketing stack and run experiments.
